Adding email addresses

I am trying to add email address: johncashworth@gmail.com and fitnessnomad@gmai.com to my account, but the system says those emails have already created with other accounts. how could that be? ...and can we please associate those emails with my main account which currently has the main email address of john@thefitnessnomad.com?

Accounts are created in the background if someone shares a file or folder to an email which is not found in Syncplicity. You can request password resets for those accounts at my.syncplicity.com and then following the links in the emails generated. Once you login to the account you can cancel it, then the email will be available to add to your main account.
