Syncplicity mobile apps permit syncing by selecting files or folders as Favorites on the device. Android favorite operations are described here: https://syncplicity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/200237604
I am having difficulty finding a sync app which does what I need. I have just opened a Syncplicity personal use account as I was attracted by the impression given that I could sync from any folder in any device and see that in all devices. I have a laptop, android phone, and an android tablet, and I have downloaded the Syncplicity apps to each of these . I download research information from the web, mostly using my android devices, and do most of my document editing on these devices. I’d like the contents of a selected folder or folders in an android device to appear in a corresponding folder in any device. These folders are divided into topics and used as libraries.
Is there a way of being able to select whole folders in my android for syncing? –I have only found a way to sync individual documents. Also Is there a way to choose which folder in the syncplicity cloud different documents upload to? I would like to avoid spending time sorting and filing uploaded documents when I am sitting at my computer.
If these capabilities exist, they are not obvious and I have not found the answer in the instructional videos. thanks, Jay
