Does admin have sync access to everyone's files?

I'm a little concerned about the restrictions on sharing of subfolders. We use extensive folder hierarchies, and as the director of the organization, I need access to my employees' files so I can perform administrative functions as well as collaborate with them. In the past, I have simply had them share their top-level folder with me so I have access to all their files. However, it looks to me like if we did this with Syncplicity, that would prevent them from sharing any subfolders with anyone else. It really isn't feasible to have the staff share with me on a folder-by-folder basis, because they would forget to provide a new share when they created new folders. Is there a way around this? Can admin users sync other users' folders without having them be shared?

Syncplicity admins can see the names and owners of all shared folders in the account, but they don't have automatic sync access to those folders unless included in the share by the owner. It sounds like you are already familiar with the folder sharing hierarchical restrictions in Syncplicity. The article that explains this best is here:
