Personal User - Two Factor Authorization

I am currently a personal user. Is Two Factor Authorization through Syncplicity available for my account?

Syncplicity native authentication does not currently support multi-factor authentication. Syncplicity supports SSO authentication through multiple partners, where multi-factor authentication is optionally available in the partner's services.

Hi Bill,

Thank you for taking the time to respond. Please excuse my technical ignorance, but are you saying there is another third party MFA service I can purchase and then link to my Syncplicity account? If that is possible, could you please name a few that offer this seamless MFA integration? Thank you in advance.

We partner with OneLogin, PingIdentity, and Okta. All of these partners support multi-factor logins that can be configured to work with Syncplicity.

Sorry, my mistake, I didn't check your account type. We offer SSO configuration for Business accounts in Syncplicity, unfortunately not for personal accounts.
