How to activate a user without open the confirmation email

We are an EMC partner and we have internal domain used as demo for our customers. So we need to be able to login with some dummy users from this internal domain and we couldn't do that because a confirmation email must be opened. Is there any way you can help us to override this confirmation email and get the user active.
