Windows Vista support and question

I have desktop application for Vista that I did not use for a long time Now I can see no support for this version of Windows. Is it no longer supported although it still works on my PC but not quite in the same way?
I wanted to find how to disconnect a different/second computer that is lost/stolen or no longer works. How can it be done and how can I see which computers are connected?

The list of platforms that are supported and tested with each Syncplicity release is kept here:

Vista is not supported, although the Windows client likely works on that platform in you have current .NET installed. However, we cannot guarantee Vista compatibility.

You manage the devices in your account, including deleting them if you need to, in the web interface at my.syncplicity.com. Follow the steps in this article to get to the device management page:
