Your account has had too many failed login attempts

When you see the message: "Your account has had too many failed login attempts. Click 'Forgot your password?' below to have it reset."

Syncplicity takes our user's security seriously. One of the most common types of security issues is due to users selecting passwords which are guessable or common. Knowledgable attackers will often attempt to guess a user's password by trying multiple common passwords to attempt to break into an account. For security, accounts that have had many unsuccessful password attempts will have their account automatically locked-out for security.


To restore access to your account, reset your password. We suggest you take the opportunity to choose a new password then for security as it may mean someone has been trying to access your account. You can reset the password by clicking here:
