Client certificate error message (upload and download)
A file cannot be downloaded or uploaded because a certificate is required.
Applicable systems: Desktop clients
The SSL/TLS client certificate on your desktop is missing or has expired. The Syncplicity client or third-party apps accessing Syncplicity services must present a certificate that validates it has the right to establish a network connection to the Syncplicity storage endpoint. If mutual TLS/SSL certificates are required by your company, the system must validate certificates between Syncplicity clients and storage endpoints.
Contact your company's security administrator to get instructions on installing a valid Syncplicity certificate.
