Verify Syncplicity Rights Management is enabled for your account

Syncplicity Rights Management is a paid feature available to Enterprise Edition user accounts. Once it is enabled by Syncplicity support it cannot be disabled by your admin.

Before your admin can configure the rules for protection of shared files, they should verify that Syncplicity Rights Management is enabled.

Prerequisites
  • You have a Syncplicity Enterprise Edition license.

  • You are logged in to My Syncplicity as a Global administrator user.

Procedure
  1. Select Admin → Settings.
  2. Under the Enterprise Edition Features section, select Configure Syncplicity Rights Management.
    The Configure Syncplicity Rights Management page displays.
  3. Verify that Syncplicity Rights Management is enabled for Cloud Storage and/or Syncplicity Rights Management is enabled for On-Premise Storage Vaults are enabled. Syncplicity Rights Management is enabled by Syncplicity support; therefore, you cannot modify this setting.
    If this option has been purchased by your organization, but the toggle is not enabled, contact Synplicity support.
