The Syncplicity Rights Management feature allows authorized users to securely share sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access, internally and externally. For example, this feature allows you to protect Office documents (specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and PDF document. This protection remains in place regardless of where those documents reside or if they have been emailed or copied.
