The new Syncplicity web site release introduces changes to login processing. The page prompts only for the userid initially, and if SSO is in effect for the account it completes the authentication with the Identity Provider. If the account uses Syncplicity logins, then the password prompt is displayed and the login completed.
We store a cookie on the page that indicates which type of login was done most recently, and present either the userid field alone or userid and password fields based on the cookie.
