conflicting versions of the same file on each device after syncing

I'm syncing 3 laptops. After syncing, each laptop has multiple versions of the same file as in syncplicity. I'd like to streamline each folder and eliminate the duplicate (conflicting) versions. Should I remove conflicting versions in syncplicity in the cloud? Do I need to delete the duplicates in each laptop before I sync?

It is best to manage conflicting versions from the web interface to get things set the way you want them. To avoid conflicting versions, try not to leave files open on multiple systems as that's the most common way conflicting versions occur.
