I have a FRee edition of Syncplicity. I have loaded Outlook for Syncplicity on my Win 7 PC. I attached a file to an email from my Syncplicity folder. On the email above the attached file it says the sender requires the receiver to log in to Syncplicity to access the file. My questions are: (1) Does the receiver need a Syncplicity account in order to access my attachment? (2) If they dont need an account do I have to provide a password for them to access the file? (3) If I have to provide a password how do I do it as the tab on settings for link security is only available in the higher editions of Syncplicity. I only have two tabs to play with on the Free edition. Any help would be welcome. Thanks for a fantastic product especially the Outlook addin.

The receiver of you link will need to create a Syncplicity account if they do not already have one. They will be prompted to create an account when they click on the link if there is no account in our system with their email.
