Migratoin and use - Syncplicity best practice

WE need to leave our current cloud based documentation environment. We have Bamboo FileShare - can Syncplicity interface with Bamboo FileShare and/or SharePoint FileShare Library? secondly what is best practice to migrate files to a platform that does interface with Syncplicity

Syncplicity works with data stored locally on users' systems. You can use Panorama for access to SharePoint data, not for syncing but for viewing and remote mobile (iPad currently) access.
