Official comment
If you choose "remove and wipe" when you remove a device from your account the data on that device will be permanently gone. The data remains in your Syncplicity folders, accessible from the web interface or other devices linked to your account. If you choose "remove" when you remove the device, the data will remain on the device and stop syncing changes with Syncplicity servers from that device.
If you delete your account the data is permanently deleted from the Syncplicity servers and unavailable for any further syncing.
