Folder provisioning is not supported via admin settings, except to set one or more of the "special" folders as explained in the article you referenced.

Setting folder sync settings through auto-provisioning
I see the article about how you can sync folders manually (https://syncplicity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202678790-Provisioning-user-accounts)step 8 but how to you provision these folders through SSO auto-provisioning?

Hi Scott,
Syncplicity also has the ability to 'force' folders on the desktop for the user. The user can even be prevented from unsyncing the folder. There is a KB article how to do this:
