Administering file structure

Is there a way for an admin account to move files and rename folders through the web interface? This means without having to sync the directories or install the client. This way, remote administration is possible.

We have another service where this is possible, and that is a major point to it because we have well over 1.8TB used so far and growing. We also have 3 admins there that can help depending on who is available for the almost 200 users total. If somebody needs something moved to a subfolder, is there a drag and drop web interface that can be utilized so all of the versions of the file are retained as opposed to downloading and reuploading? Also to save bandwidth because of larger resolution renderings.
