Syncplicity's sync function is omnidirectional. You can add or edit a file on any system or device that is logged in to your account, and the updates are saved to the Syncplicity servers, then downloaded to any of your devices syncing that folder.
Note that on the mobile devices syncing is not automatic like it is on the desktop - that's so you can manage how much space you want to use for synced files on your mobile devices. To have a folder sync on your mobile device, navigate to the folder and choose it as a Favorite - that will start syncing it.
