A customer asked the availability of policy parameters or global setting to force and globally exclude specific file type from syncronization.
I didn't find anything into Admin features like Policy or Settings.
On the contrary I know that it's already available at user level as custom setting under syncplicity agent sw or that you can exclude them into a first setup using the relative EXCLUDEFILETYPE parameter.

That's correct, exclusions are currently applied at the client level. We have a roadmap item to create policies that manage exclusions across all users in an account. There is no release date for this function yet.
