Syncplicity does not recommend syncing QuickBook files, because they change frequently and they will cause you to be have many file versions for those files, and cause excessive syncing activity on your system.
We don't know anything specific about the other program. In general, you sync data by selecting the folders you wish and adding them to Syncplicity. You can do this for the files saved from any application. So all you need to do is include in Syncplicity the folder where the application stores data and it will be synced.
