Hello,
When you delete data in Syncplicity it can take up to 30 minutes for the freed space to show in your account. This is because Syncplicity processes storage quotas globally every 30 minutes. So, depending on how recently the global quota process was triggered, there can be up to 30 minutes until it runs again and your account shows the space freed up by deleting items.
