How to do a clean installation of Syncplicity client on Mac?
Here are the steps:
- Quit the Syncplicity app
- Go to Finder > Applications > Drag Syncplicity app to Trash
- Access Library folder, click 'Go' on the Menu Bar > select 'Go to Folder' > type ~/Library > hit Enter. Remove the following files if present:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.sidebarlists.plist (for Mac OS X 10.3 or later)
- Go to 'System Preferences' > 'Users and Groups' > click 'Login Items' tab. Check if there are one or more entries for Syncplicity. If so, delete all.
- Restart Mac.
- Download and install the latest Mac client from the website - https://my.syncplicity.com/Client/Mac/.
