Sorting on SyncDrive for Windows.

Currently, when browsing the S:/ network drive in Windows Explorer, you will notice that the folders/files are sorted by their respective "File Type" (File Folder, Shortcut, etc.). Even altering the ascending/descending order from the options will not re-arrange the list alphabetically, but will simply reverse the order.

If you need the Syncplicity network drive to present the folder structure in alphabetical order, you can use the following workaround method:

• Navigate to the base Syncplicity network drive directory
• On the Windows, Explorer Taskbar select the "View" tab
• From the "Group by" drop-down menu, select "Name"

This will re-arrange the folders and present them in alphabetical order, regardless of the folder type.
