Here is a typical email sent by Syncplicity:

Within this mail it's possible to customize the following:
- Banner image: The image needs to be exactly 640 x 105 pixels, in PNG format.
- Email signature: you may select to add some text to the email footer, and a custom link to your support page.
For both of the above the end customer cannot make the change directly, but needs to send a request to support@syncplicity.com, and include the relevant information (i.e. image to be used and/or text to be used for the signature).
