Download system file error message

A file is temporary, hidden or a system file.

Applicable systems: Windows desktop client

Description

1. Syncplicity cannot download a file which already is a local hidden file or contains an unsupported attribute. Your local file has the hidden attribute enabled, is a temporary file or a system file.
2. Synchronization of local system or temporary files are not supported. Remove any temporary or system files from your local Syncplicity folders.  

Possible remedies

For synchronization of local hidden files, check your file’s properties and uncheck the hidden attribute of the file in Windows Explorer.
