Received Shared Links

From the online file browser, users can now easily access shared links that have been shared with them.

Compliance Email Archiving

IT administrators can now specify a company mailbox to which all Syncplicity system generated emails originating from an activity within their company account are blind copied (BCC), so that they can be archived for compliance purposes.

Received shared links

• Users can now also view and search their received shared links in the online file browser
• Links included in the received shared links view:
• Links where the user was specified as an intended recipient
• Public links that the user downloaded while logged into My Syncplicity
• The shared link context menu allows users to easily:
• Download the document
• Copy the shared link URL
• Contact the owner of the shared link
• Remove the shared link from their view
• For password protected shared links users can request the shared link password from the link owner
• The received shared links view can be toggled between hiding or showing expired shared links

Compliance email archiving

· Global Administrators have the ability to enable compliance email archiving and specify the archiving email address 

· When enabled, all Syncplicity system generated emails originating from an activity within the company account are blind copied (BCC) to the specified company mailbox, so that they can be archived for compliance purposes.
