Symptoms : The issue is not noticed on other browsers only the upload via OFB hangs only when customer is using IE 11 browser.
Fix: OFB upload issue in IE 11 can be resolved by adding https://syncplicity.com to the trusted sites.
IE Settings >> Internet options >> Security >> Select "Trusted sites" >> click on Sites >> Add https://syncplicity.com to Trusted site list.
