Customers can now assign users to a new Support Administrator role. Support Administrators are delegated a subset of administrative capabilities for user account management.

IT administrators can now enforce file type exclusions using the new File Type Exclusion Policy. This policy helps prevent high network bandwidth consumption due to sync thrash by allowing the exclusion of files that are constantly updated, such as Outlook PST files.
