Syncplicity Support


Account owner

As an administrator you can view the name of your company and change the user who is the owner of your Syncplicity company account. Click Admin → Settings then click the Company name and owner link on the Manage Settings page in the administrator console.

  • To change the company name, click the Email us link to contact Axway Syncplicity support.
  • To change the account owner or primary contact, select the user from the drop-down list.

NOTE: Only users with the Global Administrator role in your Syncplicity company account are listed.
