July 2014 Release Notes

This release is primarily focused on quality improvements with ~150 bug fixes, and one new feature. The following release notes summarize the key updates.

Administrators can manually reset the login failures count to unlock user accounts that have become temporarily locked due to excessive incorrect password attempts.

Features and Enhancements

Administrators can manually reset the login failures count to unlock user accounts that have become temporarily locked due to excessive incorrect password attempts.

  • The account lock threshold is 5 invalid login attempts
  • Users receive an email notification when their account is temporarily locked due to login failures
  • Accounts will automatically unlock after a 60 minute period.
  • The administrator action “Reset Login Failures Count” is available in the User Accounts > Manage User page in the admin console
  • This feature is available for both Enterprise Edition and Business Edition accounts
