How to change a user to an Administrator?

Please follow the below steps to update administrator privileges to a normal user account in the Syncplicity administration console:

1. Login to as an administrator or the owner of the account.

2. Click on the admin tab and then click on the “user accounts”.

3. Select the user which needs to be updated as an administrator.

4. Click on “Update user profile

5. Check the box to make the user as administrator.

6. Click on "Save Profile"
