You can view your account type and profile information, including storage capacity, devices syncing to the account and email addresses associated with the account. Log in to My Syncplicity and click Account in the top menu bar.
Depending on your account type and company’s settings, you can perform some or all of the following:
- Change your password.
- Add or edit your email addresses. If you have multiple email addresses, you can add them so your contacts can share files and folders using different email addresses. Regardless which email address is used to share files, Syncplicity sends email to the primary address only.
- Increase your account's seats and storage.
- Cancel your account.
