Unverified accounts


The issue:

Sometimes upon creation, the confirmation email does not reach the user mailbox and the user status is Unverified.


The fix:

1. The users must check their inbox and spam/junk mailbox folder for the confirmation email.

2. The admin must check if the message is not blocked by some firewall. In order to do that, the admin should contact its network team and check the article below:

3. The tenant admin could enable manually the account by navigating to Admin -> User Accounts -> search for the account -> click on the account -> click Disable Account -> click Enable Account -> (do not refresh the page). Navigate again to Admin -> User Accounts and check if the user status is Active.
