Installer Logs

DataHub Installer logs are located: C:\Users\{{User}}\AppData\Local\Temp

  • bitrock_installer.txt

Application / System Logs

The default location for the DataHub application logs is: C:\ProgramData\Syncplicity DataHub\v4\Logs

  • Log.txt

Job Logs

The default location for the DataHub job logs is: C:\ProgramData\Syncplicity DataHub\v4\Logs

  • Log{{job_id}}.txt

In each job log, you will find the job's configuration.

Set Log/Audit Level & Retention Days

"error" - log errors only
"warn" - log warnings and errors only
"info" - includes all basic logging, warnings and errors. This is the system default
"trace" - includes all log levels. Ideal for debugging
Retention Days - the default is 21 days

Log Level Info is required for full DataHub Report functionality
