Upgrading the Syncplicity Panel in production or sandbox uses the same steps as installing the panel the first time.
- Go to Syncplicity for Salesforce in the Salesforce AppExchange and click Get It Now.
- See Install the managed package for the next steps.
- When prompted, click Upgrade to install the new version.
If you are installing or upgrading the Syncplicity panel from the AppExchange for the first time, you need to also assign the respective Syncplicity Panel permissions afterwards. Instructions are available in Install Syncplicity Panel.
