The All shared folders report provides information on the folders you have shared with other Syncplicity users or external users. When the report is run, output can be exported as a comma separated values (CSV) file. The exported CSV file includes information about:
- Folder size
- Folder share date
- Recipient information
The report can be run for either any recipient emails, or only external emails - whose email domain does not match the domain of the sharer's email address.
Information about folders shared with you by external emails and then re-shared by you is not included in the report.

Explanation of the All shared folders report's CSV file columns and rows

In the CSV output file for this report, each row provides information on each sharing instance. If the same folder is shared to more than one recipient at any point in time, corresponding rows will provide information related to each recipient.
The top two rows indicate the type of the report and the filters used - whether this is a report for folders shared to any email or external emails only. See the below table for information on the details provided in the report.
