The My Syncplicity web site pages that are displayed to end-users are available in English, French, Italian, Spanish and German. Administrator console pages, as well as Personal Edition and Business Edition billing pages, are available in English only.
Most browsers have preferences or options that allow you to change the language preference settings. In addition, you may be able to specify a list of languages, so that if your first choice is not available you can configure which alternate language to try next. To view My Syncplicity in a language other than English, you must configure your web browser to have that language appear before English in the configured languages list.
Your preferred language need not be the first language in the list. Syncplicity looks at the list and displays the My Syncplicity end-user web pages in the first supported language in the list.
For example, if Spanish is before German and English, the pages are displayed in Spanish. If no supported languages are in the list, Syncplicity displays English by default. Make sure to refresh your browser after setting the language preferences.
Localization is applicable to all supported browsers.
NOTES:
- The display language for the Safari browser on Mac is controlled by the operating system language setting. To view My Syncplicity in a language other than English, you must have your language set as the first/primary language.
- Date and time formats are not yet locale-based.
