Contacting Support on Android

If you have any issues, the Syncplicity app provides an option to send log files to support from your app settings screen. Use this link to send emails and files to Syncplicity Support, or you can change the default email address to your company's support department.

Tap the hamburger icon at top left. Then tap the settings icon at the bottom, scroll to the HELP section and tap Send Logs.
