Mark your folders and files as available offline for access when you are offline. When you mark a folder as offline, all subfolders and files in that folder are also marked as offline and you manage them the same as your other folders and files, as described in Managing folders and Managing files.
To mark a folder or file as available offline:
- Navigate to a folder or file.
- Open the contextual menu to the right of the folder or file.
- Tap Available offline. The folder or file icon appears with a green check mark.
To disable offline availability, tap Available offline again.
If you are a user of SharePoint sites or network shares, note that folders and files marked as offline in one account do not appear as offline in the other account. See About SharePoint and network share accounts.
