Stream videos on Android

You can stream videos in the Syncplicity for Android app by tapping a video file to play. Supported video file types are:

Streaming enables watching a video without downloading the file first. Streaming is done in the app and no additional applications are required. Streaming occurs when the app is in the foreground. When in the background streaming is paused.

When playing a video, tap the screen to show controls. You can play or pause a video, scroll forward or backward.

The open-in and offline behaviors remain the same. The file is downloaded, if needed, and opened in an external app. See Contextual actions on files for Android.
