The Syncplicity for Android app is free and available from Google Play. Click here for the latest supported Android versions.
Install
To download the Syncplicity app:
- Go to Google Play on your Android device.
- Search for Syncplicity.
- Download the Syncplicity app.
Once installed, tap on the Syncplicity app to start it. You are prompted to log in to your Syncplicity account. Click here for more detail on the first time user experience.
If your administrator requires the use of Syncplicity Android app for MobileIron on a MobileIron managed Android device, install the Syncplicity app from your MobileIron Secure App Manager (instead of the Play Store). If you have an existing Syncplicity app for Android from the Play Store, you must delete that app first; otherwise, you will no longer be able to connect to your Syncplicity account and access the files.
Upgrade
To upgrade the Syncplicity app:
- Go to Google Play on your Android device.
- Download the Syncplicity app.
- If you are logged into the app, the upgraded app continues to work seamlessly.
- If not logged in, start the app and log in.
If you are using Syncplicity Android app for MobileIron on a MobileIron managed Android device, you must upgrade. Download the app from MobileIron’s Secure App Manager.
