As soon as a user who is entitled to Syncplicity Rights Management sends an IRM protected file link, a Protector seat is assigned to them and the number of used Protector seats for your Company account increases by one. Syncplicity Rights Management is a feature that is paid per seat. Therefore, it is important to keep track of the number of Protector seats (share users) that are already in use by your organization.

You are logged in to MySite as a Global administrator user.
Procedure
- Select Admin → Settings.
- Under Plan Info to the right, locate the Syncplicity Rights Management section.
The number of used Protector seats and the number of purchased seats are displayed in this section.
