Problem

Orchestration response: 403 Unauthorized Storage Endpoint

Cause

The Access Key configured for this DLP Connector is invalid or does not match the Access Key for this StorageVault.

Solution

Check the DLP Connector configuration file /etc/syncp-das/syncp-das.conf to ensure that the syncplicity.ws.accesskey property is configured correctly. See section Configure DLP Settings on page DLP Connector setup and management.
