You must first download the software and then connect the Storage Connector software to a VMware ESXi server.
NOTE: After the initial installation, you are responsible for maintaining the operating system on the virtual machine, which includes staying current with OS updates and bug fixes.
- Deploy the Storage Connector OVF template
- Configure the Network Connection
- Configure SSL on the Storage Connector server
- (Optional) Enable HSTS
- Mount the Dedicated Syncplicity NFS Share
You must perform the following tasks for each of the Storage Connector servers that you plan to deploy (at least two are required).
