Configure the load balancer to monitor the health of Storage Connector instances

To monitor the number of healthy and unhealthy instances of Storage Connector managed by a load balancer, you must configure the load balancer to perform regular checks on port 9000.

You can configure the loadbalancer to send status checks by using the command curl http://<ip-address-of-sc>:9000/status at an interval of 10 seconds.

If you use Syncplicity in AWS, the load balancer is configured to perform a health check via HTTP to port 9000/status on the storage connector instances as follows.
