Mobile Configuration policies

(Admin → Policies → Mobile Apps → Configuration)

Use policies to manage Windows and Mac desktop clients and the Syncplicity Outlook add-ins.

To access this policy:

  1. From the Admin Console, click Policies.
  2. On the Manage Policy set page, select Mobile Apps → Configuration.

The following table provides an overview of each Mobile Configuration policy:



Device Synchronization Policy Allows company admins to control the allowed file and folder synchronization settings with the users mobile devices based on connection type.
Device Synchronization Limits Policy Allows company admins to enforce how much data a user can transfer using the mobile app.
Microsoft Office Documents policy for Mobile Allows company admins to control the default app that will be used for viewing/editing Microsoft Office documents on Mobile.
