(Admin → Policies → Mobile Apps → Configuration)
Use policies to manage Windows and Mac desktop clients and the Syncplicity Outlook add-ins.
To access this policy:
- From the Admin Console, click Policies.
- On the Manage Policy set page, select Mobile Apps → Configuration.
The following table provides an overview of each Mobile Configuration policy:

| Device Synchronization Policy | Allows company admins to control the allowed file and folder synchronization settings with the users mobile devices based on connection type. |
| Device Synchronization Limits Policy | Allows company admins to enforce how much data a user can transfer using the mobile app. |
| Microsoft Office Documents policy for Mobile | Allows company admins to control the default app that will be used for viewing/editing Microsoft Office documents on Mobile. |
