The Last login by user report provides when individual users last logged in to their Syncplicity account. When the report is run, output can be either exported as a comma separated values (CSV) file or displayed on the screen. The exported CSV file also includes:
- The last time the user(s) logged in to Syncplicity via one of their connected Syncplicity client devices
- The last time the user(s) logged in to the Syncplicity web application
- The last failed login attempt
- The number of failed logins since the last successful login
- The time when the user(s) account was created
The report can be run for various sets of users:
- All users (this includes every user in your Syncplicity account)
- Users whose last login was in the specified date range
- Users who have never logged in (this includes all users for whom you have created a Syncplicity account but who have never logged in to the Syncplicity service)
- A specific user (the single user you select from within the pool of users associated with your Syncplicity account)
Create Last log in by user report
- Select the radio button option that corresponds to the set of users to include in the report results and either select to export the report or display the report directly on the screen.
- Select the type of user:
- All users
- Users who's last login was in the date range: Enter a specific date range.
- Users who have never logged in
- A specific user: Start typing part of the user's name or email address in the input field and the autocomplete assists to locate the user. Click the x icon to remove the selected user.
- Select Export Report or Display Report. if you chose to display the report, the results appear directly below the report parameter input area on the reports page. Initially, the output is sorted by last login (date and time), starting with the most recent login; change the sort by clicking on the appropriate column header.
