Custom account settings for companies

As a company administrator you can customize your Syncplicity environment. However, you first must notify Syncplicity before you can implement. When enabled, the following options are effective company wide.

  • Customize your company's email banner or footer or both.
  • Specify your company's support URL.
  • Specify an email address to receive log files that users send to troubleshoot problems.
  • Specify the URL for accessing help when users click the get help link in the desktop client.
  • Specify a URL for users of the desktop client to send feedback.
